I am a versatile and adaptable person. I understand that everyone is different and has different strengths and weaknesses. I will figure out what they are good at and work around their strengths. This usually produces a good positive working atmosphere and put everyone at ease. Where appropriate, I can assume leadership, teaching/mentoring where I will try my best to explain in as plain english as possible.

On the technical front, I am at ease troubleshooting and getting my hands dirty taking machines apart if necessary. If there's a code issue, I'll look at the logs and start debugging or trying to replicate the problem on a test environment.

I am reasonably good at time management and planning what needs to be done. Over the years, I have developed an intuitive approach to probpem solving - but this does require good knowledge of the system in the first place.
